Best as Halloween party food appetizers, or just a healthy snack, roasted pumpkin seeds is something you should definitely cook this Halloween.

Roasted, toasted or baked, you can have it your way with our easy to follow pumpkin seeds recipe below. Happy Halloween!

Ingredients:
Pumpkin seeds, olive oil, salt and pepper, seasoning flavor of choice like onion or garlic powder; tumeric also works well with this.

Preparation:
1. Remove the pulp from the pumpkin seeds, rinse and air dry.
2. Put pumpkin seeds in a bowl and pour olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper and seasoning.
3. Toss until the pumpkin seeds are well coated.

How to bake pumpkin seeds in an oven:
Preheat oven at 300 F. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

How to bake pumpkin seeds using a microwave oven:
Put microwave on high for 3 minutes then stir and repeat until the seeds are light golden brown.

How to toast or roast pumpkin seeds using a skillet:
Heat the skillet and simply toss the seeds. Stir constantly over high fire until seeds become golden brown.

In the said interview, Hayden Kho answers the questions related to Hayden Fragrances, his newest business venture. A billboard of Hayden’s new baby is already up in Edsa-Guadalupe. The product is now being sold in the market. He also answered some personal questions related to moving on, saying sorry and of course, Vicki Belo. The two reportedly got back together and he didn’t deny it.

Portia de Rossi may look trim and lean with her current figure,however, behind her bodily perfection lies a story of a girl who once had an eating disorder.

Monday- on the Oprah Winfrey Show, de Rossi laid down her story about how she struggled with her eating disorder battle.

The 37 year old star says that at the time of her struggle, she consumed just “300 calories…a day.” de Rossi,who is married to known talk show host Ellen DeGeneres,documented her struggles in her new book, Unbearable Lightness.

She revealed to Oprah that she had reached as low as 82 pounds.

“It wasn’t that I was proud of it,” de Rossi clarifies. “But it was certainly a recognition for my self-control. I definitely had some pretty amazing willpower to get down to 82 pounds. And that’s what I was holding onto to. I didn’t think about anything else.”

de Rossi also shared about her happier life with partner Ellen DeGeneres. De Rossi recently took DeGeneres’ last name legally,she’ll just use her birth name for profession sake.

“I love her and I am very proud to be her wife,” she explained of the name change. “I made up my name,” adds the star, whose given name is Amanda Lee Rogers. “Because I thought it was important to be independent of my family and …be an individual…as I have gotten older, I’ve realized the importance of belonging, and I really wanted to be a part of Ellen’s family…By taking her name, [it] makes me feel like I have a family.”

A month has passed after Heidi Montag called off her fake divorce from Spencer Pratt. Now, she is gushing about the man she tied the knot with and therefore plans on keeping him forever.

The reality star just hosted the Pure Nightclub Halloween party last night in Las Vegas, and she put to rest any speculations that "Speidi" won't last.

Montag told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, “It’s been a long summer, but we are together. I’m so excited to be in Vegas and to have our friends there.”

No word if the joint-up "Hills" couple wore matching costumes, as Heidi Montag wanted her outfit to be a surprise but assures a “super cute-sexy” one.

“I definitely don’t have enough money to gamble. In this economy, I’m keeping every penny,” she said, staying clear of gambling on her trip.
Guess that gets rid of the chance of helping her mom out.

Her marriage is not only back on track, but she also loves her new figure after umpteen plastic surgeries.

“I’m definitely feeling the best I’ve ever felt,” she proudly said.
